Supporting sustainable childrenswear rental platform, Borro, ZOOZLY, provided dedicated marketing and strategic consultancy support, alongside a full redesign of the company’s ecommerce website. The work focused on strengthening audience engagement, increasing conversions across all touchpoints, and developing alternate routes to market through strategic B2B partnerships. 


As part of our marketing support, we provided strategic planning, analytical analysis, content creation, email marketing, SEO, lead generation, and community management, where we delivered measurable improvements across every single metric. This included a 200% rise in engagement across all platforms, a 49% rise in community growth, and industry leading email performance. 


As a result, we drove a 515% increase in online store visitors to the Borro website, which we completely redesigned as part of the project, in order to improve user experience, streamline the checkout process, and encourage repeat rentals. These changes led to a 60% rise in subscribers, a 33% reduction in month-on-month churn, and a 1000% improvement in conversion value businesswide, helping position Borro as a leader within their market. 


Consequently, this progress helped the business form meaningful connections throughout the sustainable rental landscape, leading to the formation of The Eco Collective alongside five other leading maternal and children’s brands globally. This collaborative group has helped Borro further extend its reach, strengthen brand credibility, and lay the groundwork for continued growth through shared audiences, aligned values, and a collective commitment to circular fashion.
