Discussion and Sign-off
In the discovery call we’ll look to understand your business as best as possible, and ask some introductory questions centred on your current operational processes.
From there we’ll sign any non-disclosure agreements that you require, before requesting access to the relevant documents and resources needed for us to conduct our operational assessment.

Analysis and Review
Once given access, we’ll spend time assessing your equipment, software, systems, personnel, inventory mix, handling practices, and more, so as to best identify opportunities for improvement.

When complete our findings will then be presented within a comprehensive report, which we will breakdown for you during a secondary call.
